Standard Program


A Cajon is a box shaped percussion instrument that was made to mimic the role of the drum set. In this Cajon module, students will learn the basics of playing the Cajon such as Basic Percussion & Traditional Theory, Playing Techniques Of The Cajon, Rhythm Application & Exposure, Drum Fills, Rhythm & Groove Recall and Song Playing. Each student will be assigned a Standard Sized Cajon. By the end of the module, students will be able to play either as a soloist or an ensemble and put up a stage performance. This programme is also eligible for Acoustic Ensemble Playing.
